Service Description
This is not just two sessions—it’s focused, short-term support designed to help you make real progress quickly. If you’re dealing with a specific challenge and don’t want to drag it out over weeks or months, the Sprint gives you structure, accountability, and guidance between sessions. Unlike booking two standalone sessions, this is: - A defined 2-week engagement - Focused on solving one core problem - Supported with async feedback between sessions This ensures you’re not just getting advice, but you’re actually implementing and moving forward. Includes: - 2 Strategy Sessions - Async support (voice notes between sessions) Note: Duration for the Sprint is 2 weeks (includes 2 live sessions + async support between sessions)
Cancellation Policy
Validity All sessions must be used within the package validity period. Unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable. 3-session package: valid for 2–3 months 5-session package: valid for 3–6 months 10-session package: valid for 6 months Refunds Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellation & Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be forfeited. No-Show Policy Missed sessions (no-shows) are considered used and will not be rescheduled or refunded. Results Disclaimer Results are dependent on the client’s effort, implementation, and consistency. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Client Responsibility Clients are expected to actively participate, complete agreed-upon actions, and take ownership of their progress. Communication Between-session communication (if applicable) will take place via email or WhatsApp. Responses will be provided within 1–3 business days. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential. Scope of Services Packages include only the sessions outlined. Additional work, deliverables, or ongoing support are not included unless otherwise agreed.
