Signature Talks
Owning the Messy Middle: Finding Your Voice
Every great idea hits turbulence between vision and reality. In this powerful keynote, Maliha explores what it means to lead through uncertainty and how the courage to be more audacious can guide you through the messy middle and find your voice.
Bridging the Gap Between Strategy and Execution
Most great ideas don’t fail from lack of vision, but rather fail in the Messy Middle. In this talk, Maliha introduces her framework to help teams diagnose where they’re stuck, caught in strategic paralysis or tactical chaos, and find the clarity and focus to turn ideas into impact.
Take the Wheel: Using AI Without Losing Your Voice
AI may be moving fast, but that doesn’t mean it gets to decide the direction. In this talk, Maliha puts people back in the driver’s seat—challenging them to decide where AI belongs, where it doesn’t, and how much influence it should have. Through concepts such as Brand Identity Weight, she shows why some work can be handed to AI while other work requires more of our judgment, experience, and voice. AI can help us move forward, but we still choose the destination and how we get there.
Your Leadership Signature in
the Age of AI
AI is changing how leaders communicate, make decisions, and guide their teams. But the technology does not decide what kind of leader you will be. In this talk, Maliha asks audiences to consider what their choices reveal, what AI may reinforce, and what impact they want to leave behind. The audience will learn how to approach AI with greater awareness, make more thoughtful decisions, and lead in a way that reflects who they truly are.

Start Smart with AI
Curious about AI but not sure where to begin? This jargon-free introduction explains what AI does well, where it falls short, and how to use it responsibly. Participants leave with practical ways to get started—without the hype, hustle, or headaches.
Apply AI: A Practical Roadmap
Move beyond experimenting with AI and build a practical path forward. Participants identify where AI can make a meaningful difference, practice stronger prompting, and apply it to real tasks, challenges, and workflows. They leave with clear priorities and next steps—not just a longer list of tools to try.
Designing Smarter with Canva
Spend less time staring at a blank canvas and more time creating work you’re proud to share. Participants explore practical design principles, time-saving Canva features, reusable templates, and AI-powered tools for creating polished visual content more efficiently.
Content Creation with AI Workshop
Create stronger content without losing the human behind it. Participants learn how to turn ideas into useful drafts, improve generic AI output, maintain an authentic brand voice, and build a repeatable process for creating and repurposing content.
Claude for Business
Move beyond basic chats and learn how to use Claude more effectively in your business. Participants will use Projects to organize work and provide helpful context, explore Skills for completing specific tasks more consistently, and get a simple introduction to connecting Claude with other apps.
Brand Identity in the AI Era
AI makes it easier than ever to create, but also easier for your brand to become generic, inconsistent, or unrecognizable. Participants learn how to define the essential elements of their brand, maintain a distinct voice, and use AI without losing the identity and human perspective that make their work stand out.
Her content on AI-powered workflows and practical marketing solutions is both cutting edge and immediately applicable. I left with tools I could implement right away.
Maliha teaches with warmth, clarity, and authenticity. If you have the opportunity to learn from her, do not hesitate!
