Cancellation Policy

Validity & Delivery Services are delivered within a defined project window agreed upon at booking. AI Readiness Conversation must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. Custom GPT Build: completed within 2–3 weeks from kickoff. Custom GPT Package (3 GPTs): completed within 4–6 weeks. Delays in client feedback or materials may impact timelines. Payments & Refunds All services are non-refundable. Payment secures your project slot and initiates strategy and/or build work. Scheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited. Scope Services include only the deliverables outlined: AI Readiness Conversation: strategy + recommendations only (no builds). Custom GPT Build: one GPT for a defined use case. Custom GPT Package: three GPTs across agreed functions. Additional work, integrations, or support are not included unless agreed. Revisions Each GPT build includes one round of refinements. Additional revisions may be billed separately. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing timely materials, clear use cases, and participating in feedback and implementation. Results Disclaimer AI enhances efficiency and output, but results depend on usage and implementation. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Intellectual Property Clients receive full access to their GPT(s). All underlying frameworks and methodologies remain the property of Khanect the Dots LLC. Communication Communication is handled via email or agreed channels. Response time is 1–3 business days. Ongoing support is not included unless scoped. Confidentiality All client information and materials are kept confidential. Platform Disclaimer Solutions are built using third-party tools such as OpenAI. Platform limitations or changes are outside our control.
